Theft: Redmond police responded to theft report at 12:30 p.m. in the 6000 block of 185th Street. A resident said that a rear license plate was pried from his vehicle.
Burglary: Redmond police responded to a residential-burglary report at 9:50 a.m. in the 15500 block of Northeast 59th Street. A resident said that an outboard motor was stolen from an open garage.
Sunday, Aug. 9
Fraud: Redmond police responded to a fraud report at 1:01 p.m. in the 18600 block of Northeast 55th Way. A resident reported sending money to a Craigslist seller and not yet receiving the item purchased.
Theft: Redmond police responded to a report of a theft of a motor vehicle at 7:54 a.m. in the 17500 block of Northeast 33rd Street. A truck was reported stolen from the street in front of a residence. The truck may have been unlocked and a resident possibly left the key in the ignition.
Saturday, Aug. 8
Theft: Redmond police responded to a report of a theft from a building at 11:58 a.m. in the 16300 block of Cleveland Street. A resident said that their green/grey 2015 Giant mountain bike was taken from an apartment complex.
Theft: Redmond police responded to a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 9:41 a.m. in the 16000 block of Northeast 44th Court. A resident said that someone broke into their car through a side door and stole the radio.
Friday, Aug. 7
Theft: Redmond police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 6:57 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway. A resident said that someone broke into their truck by breaking a door lock.
Wallet snatch: Redmond police took a report of a wallet snatch at 8:45 a.m. in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street. The victim said that someone stole their wallet from a cart while they were shopping at Fred Meyer. Stolen credit cards were then used at local businesses.
Thursday, Aug. 6
Theft: Redmond police took a theft report at 6:56 p.m. in the 4200 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway. A 10-inch Kicker sub-woofer speaker was reported stolen from a docked boat.
Burglary: Redmond police took a residential-burglary report at 6:09 p.m. in the 17100 block of Northeast 112th Way. A resident said someone gained entry by breaking a window and stole laptops, an iPad and jewelry.
Wednesday, Aug. 5
Assault: Redmond police took an assault report at 8:45 p.m. A victim visited the police department lobby and reported an assault allegedly by teens at the skate park in the 8400 block of 161st Avenue Northeast. The victim sustained minor facial injuries.
Burglary: Redmond police took a residential-burglary report at 3:22 p.m. in the 4800 block of 156th Avenue Northeast. A resident reported arriving home to find their apartment door forced open and jewelry and cash stolen.
