DelBene campaign raises $249,000 in first quarter of 2013

Demonstrating strong early support, freshman Rep. Suzan DelBene announced that she has raised $249,159 in the first fiscal quarter of 2013 for her re-election effort in the 1st Congressional District.

“I am humbled by the strong showing of support the campaign has received in a very short amount of time,” said DelBene. “Since coming into Congress, I’ve remained committed to standing up for the middle class and doing everything possible to create jobs and build an economy that works for everyone. This substantial support is a sign that people agree with the need to cut through the hyper-partisanship in Congress and focus on results that will help working families and our economy. I appreciate the opportunity to work with the residents of the 1st District and am honored to be their voice in Congress.”

The announcement represents the period between Jan. 1-March 31. In addition to reaching this high level of dollars raised, DelBene’s campaign has $194,674 in available cash on hand.
