VALA to mark its third birthday with celebration event

VALA (Venues for Artists in the Local Area) Eastside will mark its third birthday with a celebration from 6-8 p.m. on Oct. 2 at the VALA Art Center, 7303 164th Ave. N.E. in Redmond Town Center.

The event is free and will include music, refreshments, a reading by local poet Michael Dylan Welch and the reveal of a new project in VALA’s future. People can RSVP on VALA’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/events/652509678106944/
