Roels, Stewart to participate in Derby Days parade

Miss Washington-International Jillian Roels from Redmond will join Miss Teen Washington-International Elizabeth Stewart in the Derby Days Grand Parade in downtown Redmond on July 13.

Both girls will be competing on behalf of Washington state for the Miss International crown and Miss Teen International crown in Chicago July 22-28.

Roels is a sophomore at Seattle Pacific University and founder and director of Spark Your Heart.org and Spark Your Little Heart Guild with Seattle Children’s hospital.
