Officers investigate assault, thefts | Police blotter for Nov. 19-20

Assault: Redmond Police responded to the report of a domestic dispute at approximately 11:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of 156th Avenue Northeast. A 24-year-old male and his 23-year-old roommate got into an argument after drinking alcohol. A physical fight took place between the two, in which the 24-year-old received a swollen eye, bloody mouth and bite mark on his head. The 23-year-old, who had a swollen eye, was placed under arrest for fourth-degree domestic-violence assault; the 24-year-old was transported to the hospital as a precaution.

Theft: Redmond police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 7:47 p.m. in the 15100 block of Northeast 40th Street.

Trespassing: Redmond police took a trespassing report at 7:41 p.m. in the 17200 block of Redmond Way.

Graffiti: Redmond police took a graffiti report at 3:25 p.m. at the intersection of 140th Avenue Northeast and Old Redmond Road.

Shoplifting: Redmond police took a shoplifting report at 2:47 p.m. in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.

Fraud: Redmond police took a fraud report at 10:12 a.m. in the 2500 block of 175th Avenue Northeast.

Theft: Redmond police took an automobile-theft report at 7:08 a.m. in the 5900 block of 160th Court Northeast.
