Vineet Kumar Srivastava, who was charged with second-degree rape of a Microsoft Corp. janitor last July, had his scheduled June 16 trial continued to July 7 at King County Superior Court.
The 36-year-old former Microsoft senior program manager was arraigned on Aug. 14 and entered a not-guilty plea to the charges. He’s out of custody after posting bond in July.
