A new health-conscious eatery is coming to town.
Hugo Tapia is planning on opening Hugo’s Restaurant — with its tagline “Live Healthy, Eat Organic” — sometime next week, he said this morning while standing in the kitchen at 8110 164th Ave. N.E.
The restaurant will be similar to the recently closed Graces 5 — which occupied the same space — but with some different recipes, Tapia said.
Nytec, Inc., a Redmond-based engineering firm, held its first pet food drive benefiting the Seattle Animal Shelter, with its employees donating 531 cans of dog and cat food, 19 bags of food equaling 130 pounds, pet shelters and other assorted supplies.
