Dave Nichols, the original founder of the company, will serve as chairman and Mahmood Ghassemi will now be president. In addition, Scott Angeline, Rick Trocano, Jeff Casino, Cheryl Nagel and Chris Nichols will be joining the company’s ownership team. All are long-time employees and will allow for smooth transition and future growth.
