The concrete design is very loud and lacks all the benefits of an asphalt topping. You can hear vehicles driving the entire length of Cleveland Street with your windows closed.

Don’t bother using the crosswalk in front of Prime — drivers honk at you, assuming they even bother to slow down at all. With narrow lanes and curbs now non-existent, cars are everywhere. Shaking my head, I’ll be moving away soon as I value what little sleep I get.
