Goodman thinks outside the box

Drugs are easily available to teens. State Rep. Roger Goodman recognizes this danger and has the innovation to think outside the box and look for solutions.

State Rep. Roger Goodman recognizes this danger and has the innovation to think outside the box and look for solutions. Supporters of his opponent would try to paint this clean-cut father of two into a drug-pusher. The reality is that Mr. Goodman appears to have a deep concern for public safety—particularly for those whose lives could be ruined all due to an easy access to drugs.

As a retired Seattle Police Sergeant with experience arresting kids who have made a mistake and got caught, I appreciate the forethought that Mr. Goodman has to try to find ways to protect our children and their future.

Controlling access to marijuana may not solve the entire problem but at least Roger Goodman has the brains to work with others to try to find a solution.

After all, it’s our kids who are at stake and the status quo that Haistings supports isn’t working.
