We are lucky to have Andy Hill representing us in the state Senate. He gets things done in Olympia the hard way, by talking with people from all sides of an issue and taking the time to come up with real solutions, instead of just partisan fighting. We all say we want someone who is more of a statesman than a politician, and we have one now.

He’s found a way to increase education funding by a billion dollars, without new taxes and while keeping essential services for the most needy. Our universities can hold the line on tuition for the first time in years. He has the respect of public employees, police and fire departments, and everyone else who follows Olympia.

Let’s send Hill back to Olympia. He’s earned a second term.
