Initiative 1351 should be supported! Washington ranks 47th in class size nationally, yet the Legislature has not taken steps to improve the ratio in the four years since the state Supreme Court ruling requiring the state to fully fund the schools. The goal is a better education for our kids. Any parent who has run a birthday party with 15-20 kids KNOWS how much more work it is than a party with five. It is more than pathetic that citizens had to sue the state to have school funding addressed. Let your voices be heard! Students should not have to share their teacher with 29 other kids. Support 1351 to reduce class size.
