Matt Isenhower is the best choice for the 45th District state Senate. He knows this community. He was raised right here in Sammamish and went to Redmond High (unlike his opponent, who only came here to make money). He left Redmond to go to the Naval Academy and then to serve our country. He is a military veteran who served during wartime (unlike his opponent, who has only served himself). He truly cares about what is important to us because he is one of us (unlike his opponent, who lives in the most exclusive neighborhood on Union Hill). He is committed to making sure our children get the education they need (unlike his opponent, whose accounting tricks while in the Legislature actually underfunded education and added to the state’s long-term debt and who can afford private schools). He is committed to transportation solutions for the Eastside (unlike his opponent, who has done nothing to address this problem during his time in office). And, he is committed to women’s rights (unlike his opponent, who blocked bills that would protect women’s rights during his time in office). The choice is clear and that’s why I voted for Isenhower for state Senate.
