Charity book fundraising campaign to benefit Starlight

Lorraine Marie Photography has partnered with Redmond-based Starlight Children’s Foundation Washington in a charity book fundraising campaign.

Seattle-area families are being sought to appear in a fine art photo book focusing on multi-generational relationships, specifically between grandparents and their grandchildren.

Participation in this book project requires a $100 donation to Starlight Children’s Foundation Washington.

These funds will provide programs and services for one month to two deserving families coping with childhood illnesses: dollars that have a direct and immediate impact within the local community.

With the $100 tax-deductible donation to Starlight, Lorraine Marie

Photography will waive all customary session fees and will provide a complimentary family portrait session and inclusion into the book, “From Generation to Generation: A Photographic Celebration of Families in Seattle.”

Portrait sessions will focus on the unique connections within each family as grandparents are encouraged to interact with their grandchildren in fun, relaxed and meaningful ways. Sessions may take place at a favorite local spot or at home. Grandparents with their grandchildren from birth through the age of 19 are wanted for this project.

Families who wish to participate should call (206) 930-1333 or visit http://www.grandparents.lorrainemarie.com. Space in the book is limited.
