Eastside Audubon has joined with Bill McKibbern and his 350.org Web site to raise awareness about global warming. Eastside Audubon will participate in a global work party from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, Oct. 9 at King County’s Marymoor Park in Redmond.

Interested participants should bring gloves, water and a snack and meet at the Meadow Kiosk (Parking Lot G) to help with an ongoing program to develop bird loops and native plantings in the park. A free parking pass will be provided.
