Redmond Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts begin ‘Scouting for Food’ for Hopelink Food Bank

Redmond Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts will begin “Scouting for Food” for the Redmond Hopelink Food Bank this weekend.

On Saturday, March 13, Scouts will leave door hangers on homes, asking residents to please contribute some non-perishable foods to Hopelink the following weekend.

On Saturday, March 20, Scouts will again fan out throughout Redmond neighborhoods, to pick up the food donations from residents’ doorsteps. They will also help with food collections at the Hopelink Food Bank site from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. throughout that day.
