Two city transportation officials will be the feature speakers at the June 3 Redmond Senior Center (RSC) First Friday Coffee Chat from 10-11 a.m. in the Fireplace Lounge of RSC, 8703 160th Avenue NE.

Two city transportation officials will be the feature speakers at the June 3 Redmond Senior Center (RSC) First Friday Coffee Chat from 10-11 a.m. in the Fireplace Lounge of RSC, 8703 160th Avenue NE.

Don Cairns, the city’s transportation services manager and Bruce Newman, traffic operations engineer, will be the guests.

Designed as an informal discussion and question and answer session, Cairns and Newman will discuss traffic operations within the city limits.

Future guests scheduled for First Friday Coffee Chats are Kim Dietz, senior planner focusing on neighborhoods and Redmond history (Aug. 5), Sandra Bettencourt, recreation division manager (Nov. 4) and Rebecca Borker, maintenance operations supervisor for the wastewater division (Dec. 2).
