A woman was robbed inside of her car, possibly at gunpoint, on Thursday Dec. 30 as Redmond police continue to search for the suspects.

At approximately 7 p.m., the woman exited a Latin American-themed grocery store in the 16200 block of Redmond Way, loaded her groceries in the trunk and sat down in the front driver’s seat. She was immediately grabbed from behind. The woman started to turn around, but one of the suspects put an object she believed to be a gun to her temple.

“A gun was reportedly used, but not seen,” according to the police report.

The woman said there were two male suspects and they were hiding in the backseat of her car, waiting for her to arrive. The suspects gave the woman directions to stop near the park and ride transit center garage in downtown Redmond. The woman said the suspects spoke with strong Spanish accents and demanded cash that she had on her. The suspects then exited the car and ran toward the garage.
