The 12th annual KIRO 7 Kids’ Classic golf tournament will be held Thursday, Sept. 4 at Trilogy Golf Club at Redmond Ridge. Last year’s record-setting event raised $131,000 for children and families served by Children’s Home Society of Washington (CHSW).

“Every participant in the KIRO 7 Kids’ Classic is dedicated to fulfilling the promise of every child,” said Jim Laugen, CHSW Vice President of Resource Development.

CHSW has been a leader for more than a century in providing effective, meaningful outcomes for vulnerable children, assisting with services such as adoption, early learning, counseling and family support.

As he has done for the past 12 years, KIRO 7 news anchor Steve Raible will once again be donating his time and talents as the master of ceremonies for the event.

The tournament is a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start, and the cost is $1,000 per foursome. Single entries will also be accepted for $250. For registration and sponsorship information contact Erin Stansbury, CHSW Corporate Giving and Special Events Manager, at (206) 695-3259 or at erins@chswa.org.
